Project Administration Internship
Remote, Part-Time (10 hrs/week) for 3 months

Job Description
Your skills will make a difference by promoting the regenerative movement and helping grassroots projects around the world be successful in their goals. As our Project Administration Intern, you will work closely with the other non-profit staff to gather project reports from the programs supported by the Abundant Earth Foundation and create project narratives for the use in legal reporting, annual reports, social media posts, and website updates.
Details
Duties will be tailored to intern’s interest/area of study, but typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communication with project leaders to request reports and gather project data
- Ensuring all data points have been collected
- Rewriting raw project reports and data into narratives
- Creating infographics from data collected
- Communicating data and stories to the Social Media intern
- Assist in the production of the 2022 annual report and slide deck
Skills that will be gained through this internship include:
- Experience working for a 501(c)(3) non-profit
- Insight into non-profit program management and evaluation
- Narrative skills and project storytelling
- Data collection, organization, processing, and presentation
- Reporting production and formatting
Qualifications
The Project Administration Intern will be expected to possess the following qualifications:
- A passion for environmental and regenerative living practices (knowledge of permaculture a plus but not necessary)
- Love of learning and curiosity about emerging issues related to food security, soil health, and climate change solutions
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Proficient in usage of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in oral and written language
- Responsibility to complete projects by a pre-determined deadline
- Ability to be flexible and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well with others or independently
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Have access to a working computer with internet connection
